We’re human, and if we make an error with your order (wrong engraving, incorrect item, or production defect), please reach out to us, and we’ll fix it. Whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund, we’ll make it right if the mistake was on our end.

Customization Errors by Customer

Because our products are personalized just for you, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for mistakes made during customization, such as misspelled names, incorrect dates, or design choices entered at checkout. Please take a moment to carefully review all customization details before placing your order.

Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable. Once a file is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be sure the item meets your needs before completing your purchase.
